LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR WEB SERVICES
The term 'web services' (later: service) refers here to the web services provided by Amli Ltd. that may be used at m.wamli.net
The term 'client' (later: client) refers to a natural or juristic person who uses the above mentioned services.
Upon registering, the client receives a personal username and password for the service. The client is responsible for actions done using his or her username and password.
While using the service, the client is responsible for not disturbing other users or violating the rights of other users, service provider or third parties.
The client agrees on not to distribute material on the service that is against the law or of inappropriate nature.
The client is responsible to the service provider and/or directly to the offended party for possible misconducts as well as for actions against the law and/or this agreement.
The service provider has the right, but not the responsibility, to review, change or deny publishing any material it considers inappropriate, especially if the material is indecent or against the law or marketing regulations.
The service is protected by copyright according to the Finnish copyright law.
The client concedes to the service provider, without compensation, the right to edit, copy, publish or otherwise bring available to the public material that the client has brought to the service. However, this does not concern email or private messages in the service, as they are always confidential.
The client is responsible for all the fees caused by him or her using the service, as well as for requirements and expenses to a third party involving the use of the service (i.e. fees for using the Internet and telephone network).
The client may not incorporate the service to his or her own commercial service without a written concent of Amli Ltd.
The service provider has the right to change the username, email address received from the service, password or other information necessary for or related to using the service if they indecent or cause inconsistencies or overlapping in the data processing systems of the service provider.
The service provider is not responsible for factuality or reliability of information provided in the service or for information that can be attained through the service. The service provider is not responsible for the content of the service forums.
